What It Covers
40% Off, Any Year
If you crash and damage an eligible frame, handlebar, or wheelset purchased directly from Sandhill Sports LLC, you may qualify for 40% off a replacement. There is no year limit on eligibility. We understand riders use their bikes for more than one season.
What's Not Covered
- Groupsets, drivetrain components, tires, and saddles
- Accessories, apparel, and add-on products
- Labor, installation, fit, or bike shop costs
- Shipping upgrades or other service fees
Program Terms
Crash Replacement is available to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. It's subject to product availability, cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes, sponsorship, team, or ambassador pricing, and replacement will be for the same or a comparable model when available.
How to Request
Email support@sandhill-sports.com with your order number if available, the date of the crash, a description of what happened, and photos of the damage and full product. We only ask for what's needed to verify eligibility.
What Happens Next
If approved, the damaged frame, handlebar, or wheelset must be shipped to Sandhill Sports LLC before the replacement discount is finalized. The damaged product is recycled and won't be returned. Submitting a claim doesn't guarantee approval; claims are reviewed based on product condition, documentation, eligibility, and cause of the issue.
